Cookie grabbers are usually designed to be on userlookups , shops , etc – usually editable areas. These are usually evil hackers , but can NO way obtain your password. If you feel like you got cookie grabbed , all you need to do is log out after that you are fine but recommended to change your password. During the 2010 summer time there were noted that there were many “cookie grabbers” around Neopets. But as of 2012 there has not been any.

If you do not provide the neopoints you will be refunded and we will be unable to do the service. Feeds DO take time , and we usually spread the feeds out throughout days and do not feed 24/7 for your safety. Please remember always to stay logged out. It is BEST to PIN your whole account for maximum safety. We do require access to your account for all trophies , which means requiring to ask for your username and password.
