Why should i buy from you?

(unlike other site’s just with there paypal verified logos) , we offer friendly live chat service , we accept a variety offer Payment Methods , we sell many other item’s , and all our neopoints,accounts,pets,services are done legitly.

I ordered with a eCheck but my order hasn’t arrived!!

Order’s that are paid wit ha eCheck are not delivered until the eCheck has processed,then the delivery policy time frame starts. (Aswell our delivery policy is 48 hours.). If you purchase with PayPal balance/credit,debit or Western Union those will usually be delivered quicker.

Are you safe?

Yes we are. How can we prove it? You can easily purchase a item from us (the cheapest one) and we will deliver it within our delivery time , which is 48 hours and see that we will deliver it, or you can ensure and confirm we our PayPal verified. Being PayPal verified mean’s you are covered up to $2000 by PayPal if we scam you.

What does “Paid” mean when i check my order ID?

It means that we have received your order , your order has NOT been Shipped though. We have four simple stage’s when ordering.

Received – mean’s the order has been received , the payment has not. Your order will not be delivered until we receive your payment.

Paid – You have paid for your item’s , and we have received your order. After that ,your order should be delivered within 48 hours.

Shipped – Your order has been delivered. You should now go check for it.

Closed – Your order has been either delivered 48 hours ago , or it has been 48 hours after you received your order. After 48 hour’s of all order’s , the order becomes Closed.

What are Preloaded Accounts?

Preloaded account’s are account’s with neopoints already on them. We can not transfer high amounts of neopoints , for our customers protection. We care about our customer’s , unlike other sites. We do not transfer over 5,000,000+ neopoints , and we only offer preloaded accounts for bigger amounts then that. When you purchase the preloaded account , the neopoints will come in the Bank already. We offer a chance up to 5 million neopoints free. We aswell are able to place the item’s (if you do purchase) onto the account.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer a 5%-10% discount on most western union purchases, but we ALWAYS cover fees. Western Union will be used for big purchases only.

Do you accept other payment methods?

How do you earn your Neopoints?

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer any refund’s unless the order has not been delivered. We do not do exchanges or refunds.

How long does it take to receive my item?

Our delivery policy is 48 hours. We offer a delivery guarantee of 48 hours. We strive for instant delivery , which mean’s if we are available on Live chat – our delivery goal is less then 4 hours. If we are online Live chat , delivery is quicker. if we are offline , our delivery’s are within 48 hours.  If we are not able to deliver your item in time , we will contact you by e-mail.

Can i sell my Neopets,Neopoints,Neopets Accounts,Neopets Services for you?

We do NOT sell other people’s item’s to our customers. We want to promise a 100% legitimacy of all our items,neopoints,accounts,pets and services.

Will my account get frozen , or will you try to prevent it?

We do our best to prevent your account from getting frozen. We have various tip’s and idea’s of getting your account NOT frozen. Our live chat staff will assist you transferring item’s safely.

Do you need my Neopets Password?

We do NOT need your Neopets Password for anything except trophy service or avatar services.

I did not purchase a item with my Paypal/other Account and i want a refund.

We do not have issues with us , but if you lie to our website when you buy , that is a issue and it is scamming. If your Paypal/other Account was compromised , we can contact the website and talk it out. Even if your Paypal/other was compromised , we can not offer a refund.

What happen’s with people who scam you?

We report them to there Local Police. Visiting our website we record your IP address. We will give that IP address to there local police if they were to scam and they will get tracked down. Do not worry though , we will NEVER sell your IP address to third-party’s.

What is the Clearance Shop?

These are item’s that are a must-go. Those item’s listed in Clearance shop are the only item’s going to be there. Do not ask if you can get a item for that price. Clearance Shop item’s are usually valued/sold at $3 per million.

Can i know a Pet’s Name before i purchase it?

For security reasons , we can not release that information unless you have been a frequent purchaser. You can ask if the pet is Very Well Named (VWN) , Well Named (WN) , Decently Named (DN) , BN (Badly Named) , Very Badly Named (VBN).
